What We Built
A React Native app with offline-first architecture (critical for areas with poor connectivity), end-to-end encryption, and HIPAA-compliant data storage on AWS.
Impact
Handover time reduced from 45 to 8 minutes. Zero compliance incidents in 18 months. Now used by 200+ clinicians daily.
